1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Pannobaa Advisers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Services Provided
Pannobaa Advisers offers tax planning, GST compliance, bookkeeping, company registration, MCA services, and financial advisory. All services are subject to applicable Indian regulations and professional standards.
3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Documents, financial data, and business details shared with us will only be used to deliver the agreed services and will never be disclosed to third parties without consent.
4. Fees & Payments
Service fees are agreed upon in writing before engagement. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may attract additional charges. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, Pannobaa Advisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for settling outstanding fees for services rendered. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
